Terms of Service

1. Service Description
AceFlow GTO is an independent educational platform designed exclusively for poker strategy research and post-game study. The Service provides AI-powered Game Theory Optimal (GTO) analysis, preflop charts, leak detection, and related analytical tools.
AceFlow GTO does not offer, facilitate, or simulate real-money gambling of any kind. No real money can be wagered, won, or lost through our Service. AceFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real-money gambling operator, online poker room, or betting platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
- Maintain only one active account per person.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Anti-RTA Policy
AceFlow GTO is strictly a post-game study tool. It is explicitly designed to prevent real-time assistance (RTA) during active play.
Our Service includes multiple layers of technical safeguards that make it impractical to use as an RTA tool, including artificial latency, session-based rate limiting, and usage pattern monitoring. These exist to:
- Protect your poker site accounts from sanctions or bans.
- Maintain the integrity of online poker.
- Ensure AceFlow's viability as a legitimate educational business.
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent these safeguards will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban without refund. We may report suspected RTA abuse to relevant poker platforms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Plans and Pricing
The Service offers free and paid tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated. Paid subscriptions include monthly analysis credits.
5.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
5.3 Credits
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while subscribed but are frozen on cancellation and forfeited after 90 days of inactivity.
5.4 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to free tier.
5.5 Refunds
Refund requests accepted within 7 days of charge, evaluated case-by-case. No obligation to refund partially used periods or consumed credits.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for real-time assistance during live play.
- Share credentials or allow multi-user access on one account.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or algorithms.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service data.
- Interfere with infrastructure or other users' access.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, models, UI designs, and software are owned by AceFlow GTO and protected by intellectual property laws. No copying, modification, distribution, or derivative works without written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or improved game performance. GTO analysis is based on mathematical models and neural network approximations — results are educational, not guaranteed optimal strategies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceFlow GTO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AceFlow GTO from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for Terms violations or harmful conduct, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms. Material changes communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Remaining provisions stay in full force.
