Anti-RTA Policy

1. What Is Real-Time Assistance (RTA)?

Real-Time Assistance refers to any software that provides strategic advice during an active poker hand. This includes solver lookups, GTO strategy recommendations, equity calculations, or any decision support provided while a player has cards in hand at a live table.

All major online poker sites — including GGPoker, PokerStars, 888poker, Winamax, and WPT Global — explicitly prohibit RTA in their terms of service. Penalties include permanent account bans and confiscation of funds.

2. Our Position

AceFlow GTO exists to help players study and improve after their sessions, not during them. We believe that post-game study is a legitimate and essential part of skill development, just like reviewing game film in traditional sports. We also believe that real-time assistance undermines the integrity of online poker and harms all players.

Proactive Anti-RTA design is not just a legal requirement — it is core to our values as a company.

3. Technical Safeguards

AceFlow includes multiple layers of technical safeguards that make it impractical to use as an RTA tool:

• Server-side inference only: All strategy computations happen on our servers. The neural network model is never exposed to the client, preventing offline or low-latency local use.
• Artificial latency injection: Response times include deliberate randomized delays that make real-time use impractical during timed poker decisions.
• Session-based rate limiting: The number of analyses per session is capped. Rapid-fire queries trigger automatic throttling.
• Usage pattern monitoring: We monitor for patterns consistent with real-time use, such as queries that correlate with active tournament schedules or unusually rapid sequential lookups.

4. Scoring and Detection

Our system assigns a risk score to each user session based on multiple behavioral signals. Sessions that exceed defined thresholds are flagged for review. Factors include query frequency, timing patterns, session duration relative to query volume, and correlation with known tournament schedules.

5. Enforcement

Any user found to be using or attempting to use AceFlow for real-time assistance will face the following consequences:

• First offense: Immediate account suspension and formal warning.
• Second offense: Permanent account ban without refund.
• Severe cases: We reserve the right to cooperate with online poker operators and provide relevant usage data to support their investigations into suspected RTA abuse.

6. User Responsibility

By using AceFlow GTO, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will use the Service exclusively for post-game study and educational purposes
• You will not attempt to use the Service during active poker play
• You will not attempt to circumvent any Anti-RTA safeguards
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any poker site where you play

7. Cooperation with Poker Sites

AceFlow GTO is committed to maintaining positive relationships with online poker operators. We proactively design our product to align with their policies. If contacted by a poker site regarding a suspected RTA case involving an AceFlow user, we will cooperate fully within the bounds of applicable privacy laws.
